Artwork details (titles, mediums, prices) must be submitted at least 6 weeks before the event
via the link sent after payment confirmation. Late entries cannot appear in the printed catalogue.

5 Terms & Conditions
Key Terms for Artists
The entry fee of £8 per entry is non-refundable if you later decide not to exhibit.
Artwork details (title, medium, price) must be submitted at least 6 weeks before the event. Artwork titles and details cannot be altered after the deadline.
Only the exhibitor's own original artwork can be accepted. All work must be for sale.
All artwork must be kept within the realms of public decency.
A 25% commission will be deducted from the sale price; all commission is donated to village organisations. Please allow for this when pricing your work.
Prices must be in whole pounds.
Backing screens are 8 ft (2.44 m) high × 4 ft (1.22 m) wide. Work wider than 46 in (1.17 m) may not be hung.
Artwork must be presented the Thursday before the Festival between 5 pm and 7 pm. Work will not be collected.
Framed work must be properly prepared for hanging with a cord between two strong points. Glass clip frames are not acceptable.
Unsold artwork may not be removed until 5.45 pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
Festival organisers take every care of works but cannot accept liability for loss or damage. Artists are advised to take out their own insurance.
Every effort will be made to display all submitted work. If selection is necessary, the committee's decision is final.
