Key Terms for Crafters

Stall fees are £8 per table per day (May Fayre: £8 per table). Fees are non-refundable if you later decide not to attend, unless a replacement crafter can be found.
After unloading, vehicles must be moved to the official car park. Parking outside stall areas is reserved for disabled access.
Crafters are responsible for the set-up and security of their own display.
Only one table is included per booking unless additional tables are requested and confirmed.
Craft work and sculpture will be displayed on open tables unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Please label each piece alphabetically and provide a list of labelled items.
Crafters are to set up in the morning before the exhibition opens.
A commission of 25% of the sale price will be deducted, all of which will be donated to village organisations. Please allow for this when deciding your prices.
Personal advertising is not permitted in the church.
The exact stall location and position is allocated by the event organiser. This decision is final.
