Register & Pay
Complete this form and pay the £8 entry fee by bank transfer.

Confirmation
We confirm receipt of your payment and send you the artwork details link.

Submit Artwork Details
Complete the artwork form at least 6 weeks before the event (for the catalogue).

Deliver & Exhibit
Bring your work to St Clement's Church on the Thursday before the event, 5–7 pm.

How Would You Like to Receive Sales Proceeds?

After the event the organisers will pay out your share of any artwork sales (less 25% commission). Please tell us your preferred method.

We'll contact you after the event to collect bank details securely.

A cheque will be posted to your registered address.

Catalogue & Contact Listing

The event catalogue is provided to visitors. You can choose whether to include contact details so visitors can commission follow-on work.

Terms & Conditions

Key Terms for Artists
  • The entry fee of £8 per entry is non-refundable if you later decide not to exhibit.
  • Artwork details (title, medium, price) must be submitted at least 6 weeks before the event. Artwork titles and details cannot be altered after the deadline.
  • Only the exhibitor's own original artwork can be accepted. All work must be for sale.
  • All artwork must be kept within the realms of public decency.
  • A 25% commission will be deducted from the sale price; all commission is donated to village organisations. Please allow for this when pricing your work.
  • Prices must be in whole pounds.
  • Backing screens are 8 ft (2.44 m) high × 4 ft (1.22 m) wide. Work wider than 46 in (1.17 m) may not be hung.
  • Artwork must be presented the Thursday before the Festival between 5 pm and 7 pm. Work will not be collected.
  • Framed work must be properly prepared for hanging with a cord between two strong points. Glass clip frames are not acceptable.
  • Unsold artwork may not be removed until 5.45 pm on Bank Holiday Monday.
  • Festival organisers take every care of works but cannot accept liability for loss or damage. Artists are advised to take out their own insurance.
  • Every effort will be made to display all submitted work. If selection is necessary, the committee's decision is final.
